Seminole Tribe Gives $1M More to Committee Urging Floridians to Approve Casino Ballot Question Next Week

The suit names Secretary of State Mark Martin, who oversees elections. Driving Arkansas Forward, a group mainly funded by Indian tribes hoping to land casino licenses, is pushing the amendment and likely will intervene in the lawsuit.
It will be the first full-scale casino in Massachusetts.
“It was a great year all around, and we couldn’t be prouder of the contribution that the Lottery and the casinos made to important state programs,” said Maryland Lottery and Gaming Director Gordon Medenica. “It’s especially gratifying to see both the Lottery and the casinos growing simultaneously.”
