A further 41 gaming territories were blacklisted by the Swiss regulatory body, the Eidgenössische Spielbankenkommission (ESBK) and the Inter-Cantonal Lotteries and Betting Commission, and were considered unlicensed (Comlot).
The blacklists, which were first implemented in September 2019, are periodically updated and highlight the areas that operate illegally in this European country.
The latest update indicated 31 new blacklisted domains are highlighted, including Casinoin.io, cleopatracasino.com, Enzocasino.com, Gslot.com, megaslot.com, Betmaster.io, cashmashi.com, wildblaster.com.
There are also two domains running the Betadonis name in the revised ESBK list, three registered as Bet-at-home, two as Playamo, and two more as Wonclub.
As for Comlot, 13 new additions were made to their current blacklist, three of which were featured on the ESBK list.
Cbet.gg, Lottery.com, Olimpwin.com and slottica.com are the other recent additions.
In total, since the implementation of the blacklist last year, over 180 gambling websites have been barred from operating in Switzerland.
Casino du Lac, the leading brand of the Partouche Party, has become the 7th land-based venue in Switzerland to obtain its online casino brand.
The company has recently signed a content distribution agreement with Red Tiger, so they can get their games on top of the current offering of slots and table games.
Their method of licencing was a lengthy one and many organisations wanted to approve the distribution of games on the internet for this casino.
The Swiss Partouche Group’s online division will also base its live dealer vertical on the partnership formed earlier this year with Evolution Gaming. Players will be given an option to play from their tablet, laptop or mobile as part of this complimentary arrangement, while still providing direct access to live dealers for poker, baccarat and roulette.
