Sports Book Company in Trouble With Nevada Gaming Regulators

Illegally accepting out of state bets has a Race and Sports Book company in trouble with Nevada gaming regulators. CG Technology Holdings has signed a stipulation with the Gaming Control Board, discontinuing the use of a sports pool computer system. The company previously paid a 22 million dollar fine to the Feds in October 2016 for violations, the state got 700 thousand. They were also fined 1.5 million in 2006 for violations. The company self reported the most recent violations.
