Veikkaus announces two new members elected to Veikkaus' Board of Directors
We are happy to announce that two new members have been elected to Veikkaus' Board of Directors!
Martti Ala-Härkönen and Charles Cohen bring with them valuable experience in international gaming and financial leadership – expertise that will support us on our journey of transformation.

I’m honoured today to have been elected to the board of Veikkaus, said Charles Cohen." Kaisa Olkkonen to continue as the Chair of the Board of Directors.
Veikkaus Board of Directors will be strengthened with experience in the international Gaming industry and financial management
The composition of Veikkaus Oy's Board of Directors changed by the decisions of the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2025.
The Annual General Meeting of Veikkaus decided that the number of members of the Board of Directors shall be seven (7) and elected the following members to continue as members of the Board of Directors:
Kaisa Olkkonen as Chairman,
Leena Vainiomäki as Vice Chairman, and
Minna Pajumaa , Ossi Lindroos and Katri Harra-Salonen as members of the Board of Directors.

Anne Larilahti , Juha Väre and Christian Cedercreutz had announced that they were no longer available for the Board of Directors of Veikkaus.
