The Ministry of National Economy of Hungry has confirmed the forthcoming appointment of Zoltán Guller as the new Chief Executive of Szerencsejáték Zrt. Guller will succeed Andrea Mager as CEO of Szerencsejáték Zrt, Hungary’s sports betting and lottery monopoly.
The appointment follows the reorganisation of senior cabinet and government agency leadership by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
Last week, Andrea Mager resigned as CEO of Szerencsejáték Zrt, having been personally appointed by PM Orbán to serve as a member of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB).
PM Orbán’s reshuffle transferred the governance of Szerencsejáték Zrt from the National Concession Office to the Ministry of National Economy, now led by the newly appointed secretary, Márton Nagy.
