#DuoDay2023 — At FDJ Gaming Solutions, we believe that employment is the best path to inclusivity.

???? Every year, the FDJ Group supports hashtag#DuoDay —an initiative promoting solidarity by pairing individuals with disabilities alongside volunteer professionals. Just last week, 30 duos were set up within the organization as a whole to faclitate professional exchanges, reaching a milestone of +120 duos created over the last 6 years.

???? In addition, a televised evening featuring a special Loto draw was organized in partnership with TF1. Co-hosted by Hamid Allouache, a talented dancer paralyzed since 2016, the Group hopes this event served as a platform to raise public awareness about diversity in the workplace.

???? Our commitment to providing equal opportunities has been ingrained in hashtag#FDJ's DNA since World War I. The many internal initiatives helped the Group achieve a direct employment rate of 5.61% for individuals with disabilities and to receive several official labels.
