It is with shock and sadness we learned this tragic news.  PGRI adds our deepest sympathy to Fabio's family.   He was such a wonderful vibrant member of the lottery family that will be so missed by all of us.    We are so thankful for the great memories we have at conferences around the world where we were able to get to know him in a more personal way.   We will be updating this page.
