CHICAGO - Building on the successful launch of Fast Play, the Illinois Lottery is introducing a new suite of progressive Fast Play games called Quick Spot.

Launched in September 2020, the Fast Play category was the first of its kind to be sold in Illinois.  Four Fast Play games were introduced when the game was brought into the market with a variety of play styles and prize types for Illinois players to choose from. This included set and progressive jackpots where the jackpot grows every 2 minutes.

The addition of Quick Spot brings a new element to the game with a progressive-play style that gives players the chance to choose how much to play for and for what share of the jackpot they could win.

Players can choose to buy a ticket for $1, $5, or $10:

  • A $1 ticket win pays 10% of the jackpot. (minimum jackpot = $1,000)

  • A $5 ticket win pays 50% of the jackpot (minimum jackpot = $5,000)

  • A $10 ticket win pays 100% of the jackpot, (minimum jackpot = $10,000)

In just over six months in the market, players have bought over 7 million Fast Play tickets, generating over $30 million in sales revenue for the Illinois Lottery.  These games have brought home big prizes for players across Illinois too, with almost $21 million in prizes paid out across the state.

Fast Play is available in every Illinois Lottery retail outlet statewide and for more information on Quick Spot and other Fast Play games, visit the Illinois Lottery website.
