The West Virginia Lottery is excited to announce the launch of its new online lottery offering, iPLAY, along with its innovative loyalty program, PlayOn.

In collaboration with NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) and Nashville-based agency BUNTIN, the West Virginia Lottery is proud to unveil the first spot in its iPLAY campaign debuting November 8.

The spot showcases friends kayaking on a tranquil day on a West Virginia river when they are unexpectedly interrupted by game characters – from a genie to pirates – with mystery prizes waiting to be discovered.

This vibrant spot highlights the exciting new games and characters available on West Virginia’s iPLAY platform, giving players a new way to be entertained wherever they play. Says John Myers, Director of the West Virginia Lottery, “We are incredibly excited about this new chapter of playing lottery games in West Virginia.

The iLottery program provides convenience for those who like to play online and allows players to participate completely from the comfort of their homes.

We are happy to also introduce our new loyalty program and are thrilled to be the first state to unveil a brand-new iLottery platform, loyalty program, and website, all concurrently.

“We are extremely proud of our team as they have worked diligently to prepare for this launch. Not only will iLottery help generate revenue for the state with all proceeds going towards helping seniors and veterans, education, and tourism, but it will also help improve sales at our brick- and-mortar retailers as they partner with PlayOn. The campaign was created by BUNTIN, a leading independent agency in Nashville. In addition to campaign spots, the agency played a pivotal role in establishing the brand identities for iPLAY and PlayOn, as well as brand guidelines and the strategic framework for the iPLAY launch and logo.
