On the occasion of the World Lottery Summit 2024 organized by World Lottery Association in Paris, Younes El Mechrafi, CEO of MDJS La Marocaine Des Jeux et Des Sports moderated a panel on Strategic importance of diversity and inclusion in organizations.  The Panelists were Harold Mays, Director, Illinois Lottery, USA  and Camilla Folladori, Chief Strategy Officer, Sisal S.p.A. Italy.

This panel addressed the crucial questions: how to identify and eliminate unconscious biases in our internal processes? How to create a safe and inclusive work environment for all? Are we able to ensure a balance of power and promote robust anti-bullying and anti-bullying policies at all levels of the organization?
