JOB SUMMARY
The EVP, Chief Growth Officer is responsible for driving sustainable growth strategies for all customer facing products by focusing on expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve business objectives. Creates a unified growth plan that includes identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities. Works across teams and departments, fostering internal alignment.
Provides leadership, strategic oversight and intersection of the Sales, Marketing and Products departments to create profitability. Responsible for sales, product and marketing budgets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes market trends, consumer behaviors and competition to develop strategies for growth.
Coordinates the activities of sales staff to effectively implement sales programs and activities of approximately 3,500 retailers. Provides leadership to assist State Sales Director in developing and
maintaining a highly skilled and motivated sales team.
Oversees the design and implementation of effective marketing strategies and programs, to support new and existing products, and leveraging advertising impact and product awareness to generate maximum sales and profits.

Salary Range: $183,600 - $275,400. Placement within the salary range is determined based on years of directly relatable experience for the position.
