The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery raised $129.1 million for college scholarships in fiscal year 2024 that ended June 30, which is the largest amount the lottery has produced for college scholarships in any fiscal year since it started selling tickets in the fall of 2009, the lottery reported this week.
