And the Assistant Director of Business Services leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the administrative functions of the organization. The Assistant Director positions play a critical role in the refinement, design, and integration of organization wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operationalization of the strategic plan.
