Within the framework of the CIBELAE 2024 Conference, on April 18, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ibero-American State Lottery and Betting Corporation was held in the Montevideo Room of the Sofitel Recoleta Hotel in the city of Buenos Aires.
The meeting began with the welcoming words of Rebecca Paul, president of the World Lottery Association (WLA), who congratulated the initiative of the CIBELAE 2024 Conferences, highlighted the progress obtained in the recent meeting with other regional associations in Nashville (United States) and reiterated its continued support for the management and growth of CIBELAE.
One of the main results of the meeting was the incorporation of eight new members to CIBELAE:
The incorporation of these new members further strengthens CIBELAE as a key player in the landscape of legal, safe, responsible and sustainable gambling in the region.
The meeting of the CIBELAE Board of Directors reaffirms the organization's commitment to the development of responsible, transparent and safe gaming throughout the region. The initiatives and actions defined during the meeting will contribute to strengthening the gaming sector and generating a positive impact on lotteries in the region.
