2024 will be an exceptional year for our capital city, Paris, and France, as we will welcome the world’s most widely anticipated sporting event: the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. FDJ Group is very proud to act as an official partner to this event!

I hope to see number of you in Paris this summer 2024.

I am also very happy and honored to welcome the next World Lottery Summit in October 2024 in Paris, 2 years after the event held in Vancouver by our Canadian friends.

Being the host lottery of this event is a significant and unique moment for any WLA member. It is also an amazing showcase for our sector. Members will take part in conferences and working sessions touching upon trends, innovation, common values and many other topics of common interest.

The theme of this edition? “Impacting Society Together”. Indeed, we believe it is important to connect with the roots of lotteries, which like FDJ were born to support good causes and solidarity action. Today Lotteries are essential to support sectors such as sports, education, health or heritage. Last year, WLA member lotteries contributed almost $80 billion to fund good causes.

Beyond numbers, we need to remain relevant to a changing environment, and for this event have invited numerous renowned international speakers to share experiences, knowledge, good practices that we are certain will enrich you, and inspire your work and action.

WLA, together with FDJ teams are working hard to welcome you to a successful and amazing event, aligned with the concerns of our players and society as a whole.
