WLA congratulates Rebecca Paul on her 20 years as President and CEO of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TELC)


WLA congratulates Rebecca Paul on her 20 years as President and CEO of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TELC), and the TELC, which was established in 2003 and also celebrates 20 years.

The TELC is responsible for the #lottery operations, working for the better of the people of Tennessee. It is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), and participates in the Mega Millions Lottery and Powerball games.

With an illustrious career, and unprecedented record of success in lottery management and marketing, Paul operated lotteries in Illinois, Florida and Georgia, before taking up her role at TELC. As of 2022, under her leadership, the Tennessee Lottery has raised over USD 6.5 billion for the education programs it supports.

Paul is a fierce champion of diversity in the workplace and among other projects, forged the Women in Lottery Leadership (WILL) initiative in 2016, which has continued to grow positively, and aims to advance women into leadership positions in the lottery sector worldwide.
