The Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling (Cibelae) welcomes the appointment of Nuno Miguel Alves as Administrator of the Gaming Department of Santa Casa da Misericordia in Lisbon and of Lucíola Aor Vasconcelos as Vice President of CAIXA Lotteries in Brazil.

As director of Jogos Santa Casa , Nuno Miguel Alves will represent the organization before Cibelae and will have a fundamental role in promoting collaboration and the exchange of knowledge between the lotteries and bets of the State of Ibero-America and Portugal.

For her part, Lucíola Aor Vasconcelos will represent CAIXA Lotteries before Cibelae. The Brazilian institution will continue to work closely with the other lotteries in the region to foster innovation and sustainable development in the betting industry.

From Cibelae, we want to welcome Nuno Miguel Alves and Lucíola Aor Vasconcelos and we are sure that their experience and leadership will be a great contribution to strengthening relations between the state lotteries of Ibero-America.
