Bid Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the VERMONT AGENCY OF DIGITAL SERVICES on behalf of the DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR AND LOTTERY (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide the implementation for the VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR AND LOTTERY Business 2 Business (B2B) website. The Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery licensees currently place their spirit orders with an 802Spirits agent by phone or in person using either cash, check or fintech. The State is seeking to procure a B2B module that will provide on-premises licensees with on-line ordering capabilities, inventory searches with a store locater, comparable items to out of stock products, scheduled pick-ups, the ability to pay with a credit/debit card, obtain certain sized products at a discount and improve sales forecasting.
