The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified proposers to provide the Lottery with Public Website (PWS) and Cloud Infrastructure Maintenance, Support and New Development. The resulting contract from this solicitation will provide PWS Maintenance and Operations (M&O) and support Lottery initiatives to enhance its PWS through Design, Development, and Implementation (DD&I) activities that will include user-centered design that facilitates system usability. The PWS must provide an excellent overall user experience and be accessible pursuant to federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
