Vlaemminck.law Expansion: Connecting Europe

We are thrilled to share that VLAEMMINCK.law has officially signed a Cooperation Agreement with a prestigious Polish law firm - Jabłoński Koźmiński.

This collaboration marks the establishment of a dedicated Polish Desk for Vlaemmink.law providing our clients the benefit of a better understanding of Polish market.

Not only does this partnership deepen our roots in the European legal landscape, but it also grants our Polish counterparts access to our extensive experience especially in EU law and in Belgian law.  This synergy is crucial in today's interconnected world, where legal issues often transcend national borders. Our firm’s expertise in EU regulatory affairs and EU Litigation combined with our deep understanding of Belgian legal framework, provides a robust foundation for addressing cross-border legal matters.

By integrating our knowledge of EU law & EU litigation, we can better assist Polish businesses and individuals in navigating the complexities of the European Union. This includes compliance with EU regulations, understanding the implications of European Court of Justice rulings, representing our clients’ interests before the European institutions and EU Courts, and leveraging opportunities within the Single Market. Our goal is to increase our physical presence throughout Europe to enhance the quality of our guidance, and further advance the integration of EU laws and regulations with jurisdictional laws and regulations.

By joining forces, we're not just breaking barriers; we're building bridges for our clients, offering seamless support for their legal needs across borders.

The Agreement was signed by dr Michał Jabłoński, Managing Partner of Jabłoński & Kozminski and Philippe P. Vlaemminck, Managing Partner of VLAEMMINCK.law.

Here's to a future filled with shared expertise, innovative solutions, and unparalleled client service!
