Gamblers at Indigo Sky Casino & Resort will soon have access to a mobile app offering loyalty rewards and other tools to enhance their overall experience of the casino’s GO Rewards Club members.
Sightline Payments is launching its loyalty platform JOINGO with IGT Advantage’s casino management system, to give the Eastern Shawnee Tribe’s casino in Wyandotte, Oklahoma, a branded app for Android and iOS devices. The new app will offer casino patrons a unified enhanced experience.
Among the biggest casinos in northeastern Oklahoma, it has more than 1,400 gaming machines, table games and a bingo hall. There are also two hotels, an RV park and the Creekside Bar & Grill, with the area’s only golf simulator.
“We’re always looking for new ways to enhance our guests’ experiences, and Sightline’s mobile loyalty platform helps us deliver an integrated mobile app solution that meets the demands of today’s customer,” Melanie Heskett, general manager of Indigo Sky Casino & Resort, said in a press release.
“Guests want to do everything from their mobile device, and launching our app will give them this everyday convenience while expanding our abilities to offer more personalized marketing promotions,” Heskett added.
With Sightline’s mobile loyalty platform, the casino can offer its customers mobile-driven marketing to further boost engagement. The app integrates with Indigo Sky’s casino and nongaming management systems to deliver personalized GO Rewards Club activations and real-time messages to patrons’ smartphones. Customers will be able to use the app to discover information about drawings and contests, sidestepping any need to stand in line at physical kiosk.
