The Delaware Lottery has released its igaming financial report for October, showing the month broke records for net gaming revenue, which hit more than $6.7 million, a 15.8 percent increase from the $5.8 million collected in September.
Additionally, the record revenue amount was a 585% percent growth from October 2023, when the state generated $982,919.
Delaware Park added more than half the revenue, collecting more than $3.3 million through its game selection. While more was spent playing igaming table games at the online casino, with Delaware gamblers spending more than $47.7 million on this compared to $44.4 million on slots, more revenue was generated by the latter game type. Slots brought in net revenue of $2 million compared to $1.3 from table games.
Meanwhile, Harrington and Bally’s Dover collected $2.1 million and $1.2 million in revenues, respectively. These casino platforms saw more action and revenue from online slots compared to virtual table games.
The growth comes after Delaware found a new igaming partner in Rush Street Interactive. Previously, 888 Gaming operated the online casino and sports betting business. RSI has expanded its casino offering throughout the season, bringing Evolution Gaming titles to the state.
