“INTRALOT SOCIETE ANONYME INTEGRATED LOTTERY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES” announces that as of 06.10.2023 it makes available to investors the Prospectus approved on 05.10.2023 by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, which was drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as in force (hereinafter the “Prospectus Regulation”), the applicable provisions of Law 4706/2020 and the enabling relevant decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, under the simplified disclosure regime for secondary issuances pursuant to Article 14 of the Prospectus Regulation and Annex 3 and Annex 12 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/980 of 14 March 2019, as amended and in force, as well as the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979 of 14 March 2019, as amended and in force (hereinafter the "Prospectus").
