Together with my new colleagues on the Management Board, I will very quickly dedicate myself with the greatest dedication and commitment to the upcoming tasks and further development of the Group," said Glatz-Kremsner, commenting on her appointment as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board.

At the last Supervisory Board meeting of Casinos Austria AG, a new Management Board was appointed. The long-standing CFO of Casinos Austria, Bettina Glatz-Kremsner (56), will become the new CEO.

She will be supported by the Board Directors Martin Skopek and Peter Sidlo.

The shareholders' meeting also elected Bettina Glatz-Kremsner as CEO and Martin Skopek as Board Director for Austrian Lotteries.

The official inauguration date was set to be May 1, 2019.

Bettina Glatz-Kremsner was born in Vienna in 1962.

She has been working in the gaming industry since the beginning of her professional career.

She is politically active in the ÖVP and has been deputy chairman of the federal party since 1 July 2017.

She grew up in Budapest. In 1980 she moved to Vienna to study at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Glatz-Kremsner started her professional career in 1990 as Operations Manager at the Austrian Lotteries.

The following year she became Managing Director of the then Hungarian subsidiary Lotto Union and held this position until 1997.

In 1998 she became Assistant to the Board of Directors of Casinos Austria AG and Deputy Head of the Staff Department of the Board Secretariat and Controlling of the Austrian Lotteries.

In 2006 she became Director of the Management Board of Österreichische Lotterien and since 2010 she has been a member of the Management Board of Casinos Austria AG.

She has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Casinos Austria International Holding GmbH since December 2013.
