Splashdot 2Chance campaign helps take Atlantic Lottery Corporation’s known play intelligence to new heights

Splashdot helps take Atlantic Lottery Corporation’s known play intelligence to new heights with ninth-annual 2Chance campaign

MONCTON, NB, August 22, 2018 – Splashdot is proud to announce the launch of the ninth-annual 2Chance offline-to-online campaign hosted by the Atlantic Lottery (AL). As the corporation’s biggest yearly digital campaign, 2Chance has helped AL expand its known play intelligence while offering lottery ticket holders twice the fun with extra chances at cash and prizes.

To participate in 2Chance, Atlantic Canadian residents 19 years of age or older can purchase eligible Scratch’N Win and draw tickets. Participants then visit the 2Chance website developed and operated by Splashdot and type in unique ticket codes to earn entries for prize draws and participate in the weekly escalating cash draw. New to the program in 2018, residents can also participate by making a qualifying purchase online at ALC.ca. Purchases on ALC.ca are automatically entered once registered to 2Chance. Prizes available to be won include cars, dream vacation packages and home electronics, while the escalating weekly cash draw has a final prize amount of $100,000. Contest closes March 31, 2019.

“We’re delighted to work with one of the leaders in the digital lottery environment,” says Patrick Watson, President & CEO of Splashdot. “AL is deeply committed to enriching the customer experience, and we’re proud to have collaborated on 2Chance – a major driver of the corporation’s offline-to-online customer engagement strategy, for almost a decade.”

Originally a Scratch’N Win ticket promotion, today 2Chance has evolved into an eight-month campaign. To date, almost 10% of Atlantic Canadian adults have participated in 2Chance, with this edition’s eight-month campaign certain to add even greater numbers to the overall tally.

“Collaborating with Splashdot on 2Chance has been a real win-win,” says Joey Cormier, Director of Marketing & Digital Gaming for AL. “Their nCentive platform has revolutionized how we gather and analyze data through known play sessions, while deepening customer engagement and enhancing our brand. The fact that nCentive provides unmatched security is another big plus, both for us as an online gaming provider, and for our players’ peace of mind.”
