Smartplay International Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
EDGEWATER PARK, NJ (Thursday, August 2, 2018) – Smartplay International announced the successful completion of its International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 transition audit for its office and manufacturing facility located in Edgewater Park, NJ.
The ISO audit measures Smartplay’s quality systems and processes against an international standard as a way to measure quality and commitment to customers and stakeholders.

The audit was completed by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. an internationally recognized registrar, accredited by ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) among others.
According to ISO, achieving 9001:2015 certification means that an organization has demonstrated the following:

The newest version of the ISO 9001 certification contains key updates including an emphasis on risk-based thinking to enhance the application of the process approach, improved applicability for services and increased leadership requirements.
