Congratulations to Totalizator Sportowy on their 70th Anniversary

Warsaw became the venue for the ceremonial inauguration for the 70th anniversary of the  company, The central point of the event was the discussion panel

"The role of the company in the development of the Polish economy and social capital". The conversation concerned the importance of Totalizator Sportowy in the public space and responsibility towards society.

The debate was attended by:  Marta Cienkowska, Minister of Culture and National Heritage,

Jakub Rutnicki, Minister of Sport and Tourism,

Wojciech Wojtyra, Director of the Department of Food Safety and Veterinary Medicine at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,

Aleksander Laskowski, Spokesperson of the Fryderyk Chopin Institute, 

Beata Stelmach President of the Management Board of Totalizator Sportowy and

Józef Banach, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 

During the inauguration of the  Szymon Gawryszczak, a Member of the Management Board, presented the program of the "When you play, everything goes". Its idea is to actively involve LOTTO players in the development of local sports and cultural infrastructure. Everyone will be able to submit an idea for the renovation or improvement of a facility in their area, and the evaluation of the proposal will be undertaken by Fundacja LOTTO im. Haliny Konopackiej

At the same time,  Fundacja Totalizatora Sportowego is implementing the "WinTo! for Life - AED 70 for the 70th anniversary of Totalizator Sportowy" As part of it, units of Volunteer Fire Brigades in smaller towns will receive 70 modern AED defibrillators, which will increase the safety of residents and save lives in emergency situations.  President of the Totalizator Sportowy Foundation and the Halina Konopacka LOTTO Foundation, spoke about these activities.
