Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Atlas Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of both internal company projects and large-scale events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of event and company projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders. Ensure clear and consistent communication with those teams as well to clients and vendors where necessary throughout the project, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Team Leadership:
    Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, events, logistics, and guest services teams, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and completed efficiently. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
  • Event Management:
    Support the planning and execution of events, including site selection, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site management. Ensure all event logistics are handled seamlessly to deliver high-impact, memorable experiences.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that all projects adhere to Atlas Experiences’ quality standards, and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Develop and Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and post event analysis and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Planning, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within event management, marketing, or experience-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying scopes and timelines.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to travel for on-site event management as needed.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Familiarity with event planning and experiential marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
