Florida non-tribal casino revenue down 0.1% year-over-year in February

Florida’s eight non-tribal casinos generated $58.4 million in net slot revenue last month, down 0.1% compared to the $58.5 million in February 2024.

The Florida Gaming Control Commission reported that only two of the eight casinos generated revenue above $10 million – Harrah’s Pompano Beach Casino ($11.1 million) and Magic City Casino ($11 million). Four had generated slot revenue above $5 million – Hialeah Park Casino ($8 million), Calder Race Course ($7.3 million), Casino Miami ($7.1 million) and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino ($5.7 million).

Harrah’s Pompano Beach Casino had recorded a year-over-year decline of 6.4%, falling from $11.8 million in February 2024. Magic City Casino’s net slot revenue increased in February, rising from $10.2 million to $11 million, a year-over-year rise of 7.4%.

Hialeah Park Casino and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino also reported year-over-year revenue increases for February. Hialeah Park rose 3.2% from $7.7 million, while Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino increased by 8.4% from $5.3 million.

Calder Race Course and Casino Miami declined 8.9% and 8.8%, respectively.
