Splashdot Loyalty Solutions Chosen as Powerball’s CRM/Player Engagement Partner
Seattle, WA, June 25, 2025 – Splashdot Loyalty Solutions, one of North America’s leading innovators in digital loyalty, customer engagement and relationship management, is excited to announce the company has been selected by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) to implement the organization’s first national unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The CRM system will provide a centralized and secure platform to manage second chance campaigns, promotions, and more for players participating in national, multi-jurisdictional games offered by participating lotteries, including Powerball®.
