The purpose of this pre-qualification ("Pre-qualification") is to select Proponents that successfully meet the pre-conditions ("Mandatory Criteria") set out below for further consideration in the Negotiated Request for Proposal (the "RFP"), as well as score 60% or higher on the "Weighted Criteria" questions. The subsequent RFP document will be distributed only to those Proponents who are qualified through the pre-qualification stage and have successfully met the Mandatory Criteria set out in this Pre-qualification document, as described under Section 2, as well as a score 60% or higher on the Weighted Criteria questions, outlined under Section 3.
