1.   Digital Marketing Specialist

NeoPollard Interactive (NPi), North America’s leading provider of innovative iLottery solutions, seeks a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST. The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as a vital member of our team in Lansing, Michigan. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing digital marketing campaigns/programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. We hire great people and are currently looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to round out our team and help drive the growth of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary role of this individual will be to work daily with the Director of Customer Growth, as well as the broader marketing and player analytics team. This role is important because you will help deliver customer insights, deep audience segmentation and customer behavioral studies which will be used to create digital campaign recommendations. Strong research and analytical skills are required, in addition to project management experience. 

  • Manage execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities
  • Performing end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance
  • Build and create email templates and marketing materials
  • Define, upload and manage marketing banners, game assets, and other content on website
  • Work closely with Director of Customer Growth and Business Analyst to understand strategies
  • Develop testing strategies to optimize business performance
  • Develop, document and implement standards and processes to increase efficiency
  • Remain current on email best practices and US CAN-SPAM compliance requirements
  • Continually research email marketing trends and technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Open to copywriting and editing  

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Good working knowledge of HTML
  • At least 1+ year of email marketing experience
  • Experience in designing deploying and analyzing email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Marketo, Exact Target or other CMS or CRM systems
  • Ability to work on a tight deadline and under pressure
  • Attention to detail, experience with quality control
  • Responsible, details oriented, well organized, independent, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, team player
  • Some travel required

2.  Director, Customer Engagement Marketing

NeoPollard Interactive (NPi), North America’s leading provider of innovative iLottery solutions, seeks a Director, Customer Engagement Marketing (CEM). The Director, CEM will serve as a vital member of our leadership team in Lansing, Michigan and will report to the General Manager. This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals and growth. This position will lead the Customer Engagement Marketing team across North America and will direct all marketing activities across multiple platform such as email marketing, on site banners, push notification, SMS and other direct response communications.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement campaigns designed to grow player value and re-engage with existing players.
  • Oversee the growth strategy with leading an internal digital marketing team, media partners and CRM operators.
  • Manage campaign creation from initial planning to final deployment, including but not limited to design, marketing copywriting, tagging, and list segmentation across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-portal messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and learn about best practices and iLottery market trends and tactics.
  • Coordinate and consult paid marketing programs involving search and digital media.
  • Will act as the primary liaison with an internal and customer marketing team and an outside team of agency partners to develop and enhance the Lottery’s digital marketing programs.
  • Develop a comprehensive digital media roadmap iLottery products that will provide qualified leads, sales support, and maximize brand awareness.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and reporting in order to determine marketing program effectiveness.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years marketing and digital media campaign experience
  • 2+ years of managing and leading a marketing team
  • BA/BS degree required – Marketing, Advertising or Business degree preferred
  • Broad-based knowledge of e-commerce/digital marketing best practices
  • Superior knowledge of current digital marketing trends and techniques and a strong on-line portfolio displaying creative solutions in the digital marketing field
  • Practical experience in successful direct-response programs supporting an e-commerce web site that resulted in increased site visits and increased conversions
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and agency partners
  • Comfortable handing business relationships with an attention to detail and service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

NeoPollard Interactive (NPi), North America’s leading provider of innovative iLottery solutions, seeks a Solutions Analyst to join our Products and Solutions team in Lansing, Michigan. This position will work with iLottery customers and internal teams to ensure product is meeting performance expectations and ensures product releases are implemented efficiency and accurately.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Define, analyze and document requirements. Clearly communicate translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction, using various means including specifications, white board discussions, UML modeling techniques, etc. 
  • Work closely with remote product and development teams in all phases of software development life cycle to conceptualize, design and implement end-to-end digital solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with executives, key departmental management and project stakeholders across the organization. Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization. 
  • Research industry trends and best practices and develop recommendations of technologies and methods to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and its performance. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Analyst/ System Analyst/ Product Owner
  • Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of technical design documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.).
  • Experience developing and refining best practices for implementation and maintenance of e- Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytic assets. 
  • Command of sound software design principles and patterns is required. 
  • Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts. 
  • Familiarity with Marketing and Advertising is desirable. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives. 
  • Experience working/leading projects executed using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
  • Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
