The Connecticut Lottery Corporation is seeking to hire a creative Lottery Specialist (Digital
Media/Graphic Design) to perform a full range of tasks in the design and development of multi-
media graphic design marketing materials (digital, print, video). Working with Marketing staff,
this position will be responsible for design projects such as website graphics, sales collateral,
billboards, social media graphics, in-store point of sale materials, instructional and promotional
videos, and animation videos for YouTube and social media and other related duties as required.
Experience: Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of (8) years of professional
experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field. College training may be
substituted for experience subject to applicable rules. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media or
Graphic Design required. Master’s degree preferred. Two (2) years must have involved
multimedia graphic design including experience with Adobe products: Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and basic HTML. Candidates should also have one year
of experience supervising projects or a project team.
