THE POSITION:
The Pennsylvania Lottery is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join
the Products Team at its headquarters outside Harrisburg in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
As part of the Products Team, the person selected for this position will play an integral role that brings
entertaining new game ideas to market. In addition to working for one of the most respected brands in
Pennsylvania, the individual selected will be working to help fulfill an important mission: to generate
funding to benefit older Pennsylvanians.

The Terminal-Based Games Product Manager is responsible for the timely production of any current or
new terminal-based games, such as Draw Games, Fast Play Games and Monitor Games (Keno and
Xpress Sports). Responsibilities also include game updates or add-ons, as well as assisting in the
production of refreshed Keno screens.
The Pennsylvania Lottery is looking for someone with a balance of skills and experience across creative,
analytical, and administrative work. The individual should have a knowledge of product development,
project management, marketing, graphics, gaming, etc., but should also be comfortable with
spreadsheets, numbers, odds, interpreting data, and reviewing and commenting on rules and technical
specification documents. The selected candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and flexible as Terminal-
Based Games have a wide variety of development timelines and pacing.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A balance between creative and analytical abilities
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Experience with multitasking and thrive at working on concurrent and varied tasks
• Organizational skills a must: multiple jobs, a constant stream of emails, related files, timelines,
and spreadsheets
• Must understand time management and the importance of sticking to timelines and deadlines
• Proficiently navigate PC/applications/systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Establish/maintain effective working relationships – this person must be comfortable with quickly
getting to know and communicate regularly with internal and external coworkers
• Communicating game play and player behavior into technical specification
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence and ability to give, and take, direction and constructive criticism
• Must be adaptable to change
• Interest in gaming, puzzles, consumable products, product packaging, marketing, consumer
motivation and entertainment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY:
Three years of experience in systems analysis and/or research and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent
combination of experience and training.
