As the Marketing Manager at EQL, you'll be the driving force behind our internal and external marketing and communications efforts, orchestrating campaigns that captivate audiences and propel our lottery clients to success.

EQL Games, Inc. enables lotteries to add new and innovative content across both retail and digital channels with our first-of-its-kind content aggregator and original innovative games.

Our brand licensing department offers Team USA and Olympics content for all products, including scratch tickets.

More well-known brands will be added throughout 2024. Responsibilities:

● Craft dynamic marketing strategies to engage current and potential customers, spanning U.S. and international lotteries, game studios, and industry vendors.

● Develop and execute marketing plans that amplify the allure of EQL Games' licensed properties, collaborating closely with lotteries to ensure seamless execution. ● Cultivate relationships with licensors to secure the latest materials, brand guides, and assets, infusing our campaigns with authenticity and vibrancy.

● Curate and manage EQL Games' social media presence, ensuring our voice resonates across digital platforms and drives engagement.

● Lead your team by communicating campaign objectives, timelines, and promotional strategies, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.

● Spearhead the planning and management of trade shows, conferences, and events, creating unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Requirements:

● Bring experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to navigate the intricate dance of marketing strategies and initiatives.

● Possess a deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

● Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate your vision and inspire those around you. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

● Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications, laying the foundation for your strategic prowess.

● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, empowering you to leverage technology to its fullest potential.
