Please join NeoPollard Interactive for a webinar on February 3, 2021.

On January 20, 2021 the First Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals reconfirmed that the federal Wire Act is limited to sports betting and, therefore, does not pertain to state‐run lotteries. This decision is critical for the U.S. lottery industry as a whole by alleviating concerns related to the legality of traditional retail or iLottery.

Moderated by Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Development, Jennifer Westbury, this webinar is an opportunity to hear from the most experienced minds in iLottery, on its trends and future under new regulations.

Get ready for an interactive panel with industry experts, including: Doug Pollard, Riva Richard, Scott Bowen, and Charlie McIntyre.

Tune in on February 3, to hear from the team of experts behind this high-profile challenge of the U.S. Department of Justice.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,
Liz Siver
