Combination Firm Fixed Price with an Indefinite Quantity-Firm Fixed Unit Price component in accordance with COMAR 21.06.03.02 & 21.06.03.06. |

Contract Duration: |
The Contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be for a Four (4) year operational Initial Term. The MLGCA, at its sole option, shall have the unilateral right to extend the Contract for one (1) additional four (4) year renewal period, for a total contract term of approximately eight (8) years. The Implementation Period shall be the period of time from the Effective Date of the Contract that results from this RFP until the Go Live Date, during which time the Contractor shall install the System including all required components, and prepare to commence live operations. The Contractor shall not be paid or accrue the right to any payments from the State during the Implementation Period. The Effective Date for the Contract is estimated to be approximately October 15, 2022; the Go Live Date for the RNG System to be fully operational shall be not later than December 15, 2022. |
