This position is responsible for creatively planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating a statewide player relations and special events program. This position will represent the Lottery in a positive and professional manner at a variety of events such as State Fair, sporting events (e.g. baseball, hockey, football, basketball), festivals, press conferences for big winners, and events at retail locations. Resolving player and event problems while staffing events at remote locations is critical to this position.

The Lottery provides property tax relief to Wisconsin homeowners through the sale of lottery games, while operating with integrity, security, and social responsibility.  This position is located in Madison, at the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR).  For more information about DOR, visit our website at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/.

Salary for this Lottery Services Specialist-Senior position (schedule-range 07-03) is $51,625 to $76,981 annually ($24.82 to $37.01 hourly), depending on qualifications, plus excellent benefits. Current state employees pay will be based on the provisions in the Compensation Plan.  A twelve-month probationary period is required.
